Yes. Tapnote adapts to the difficulty level of your notes.
Yes. Tapnote is currently available in 8 languages: English, Polish, German, French, Spanish, Norwegian, Russian, and Italian. You can change the app language in settings.
Your source materials can be in any language. At the moment, notes are generated in the language of the uploaded material, but we’re working on a feature that will let you choose the output language for your notes and study materials.
Yes. Just open a note, tap “More”, and choose Share. To copy or edit shared notes, your friend needs an active subscription.
Unfortunately, we can’t control recording quality. If there’s a lot of noise or the lecturer is hard to hear, the quality of the notes may also be affected.
To create notes from audio, we first transcribe it into text. With the weekly subscription, you get 240 minutes of transcription. With the 6-month subscription, you get 5,400 minutes. If you need more, you can purchase additional minutes in the app. Transcription is costly for us, which is why it isn’t unlimited.
Currently, we support audio files, PDFs, YouTube links, and images. Support for text files, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations (PPTX) is coming soon.
We use the best tools available, but input quality is key. If the uploaded material is low quality, the resulting notes may also be less accurate.
